The aim of the project TWE+ is to enhance the accessibility of teaching mobility, assess its quality and develop an online platform for teaching staff to facilitate, encourage, and promote teachers’ mobility across Europe.
As a first step in the project implementation, we are deploying a survey on the topic to explore academics' attitude towards teaching mobility, their perceptions regarding institutional support, the possible impact of mobility, and hindering factors regarding participation. Therefore, it is equally important for us to get to know the views of both, academics who have already participated in this kind of mobility programmes and those who did not have the occasion yet.
